| In the process of formulating and improving public policy, the importance of public opinion cannot be ignored, and it is a key factor and source of power that affects public policy decision-making and improvement. With the continuous development of the Internet,it has become the main carrier for the public to express their opinions and emotions, and online comments under topics are the way the public express themselves online. Therefore, for policy makers and decision makers, how to accurately understand the public’s concerns, attitudes and emotional tendencies towards policies has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper argues that it is necessary to explore and analyze public comments on policies in order to understand public concerns and emotional tendencies of relevant policies. For this reason, this paper selects online comments on the "double reduction" policy as the research object, and systematically combs the application and development status of the burden reduction policy, online emotion,Sentiment analysis and emotional tendency influencing factors.According to the related research on emotional cognition and emotional contagion theory, this paper uses data crawling software,Sentiment analysis, text content analysis and other technical means to conduct emotional classification and emotional tendency influencing factor analysis on policy online comments.By constructing an analysis model of the influencing factors of public emotional tendencies, this study reveals the public’s emotional tendencies and concerns about the "double reduction" policy, and provides reference and support for policy formulation and improvement. The study found that the public’s implementation of the "double reduction" policy showed more positive emotions, accounting for 52%,while negative emotions and neutral emotions accounted for 27% and 21%,respectively.However,the high-frequency words in the three types of emotions were teachers, students, schools, parents, etc.,and the above words were also found in the core layer of Semantic network analysis, which shows that it is understandable that the main group of the policy has been focused on.The negative and positive emotions of the public towards the "double reduction" policy are mainly related to the types of issues related to educational responsibility and teacher treatment,as well as the "likes" and "comments" in participation.Neutral emotions are mainly influenced by educational measures, but they are all rational expressions.Based on the research results, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to actively respond to online discussions and guide rational public participation, specifically consolidating educational responsibilities, improving educational measures, improving teacher treatment, and promoting online participation by the government, media, and the public. |
