Food quality and safety provide a guarantee for people ’s healthy life.With the continuous development of the food industry,various problems have gradually arisen,such as the disorderly addition of food ingredients and pesticide residues on fruits and vegetables.It not only has a negative impact on the construction safety and development of the whole society,but also brings various problems and safety hazards to people,which requires our attention and vigilance.The government bears a very important responsibility in terms of market supervision.It is the guide and manager of the orderly operation of the society.Due to the continuous improvement of the policy system of creating a food safety demonstration city under the supervision of the government,a set of systematic and comprehensive creation standards and rules has been formed at this stage.Under the promotion of the whole country,the provinces supplement and adjust accordingly in combination with their own actual situation,formulate local creation standards,effectively guide the local food safety supervision work,and provide guarantee for the social co-governance situation.The specific direction and idea of this paper is to select the specific case of Fushun County,and use the methods of case study and literature review to discuss.First of all,around the key theme of food safety in Fushun County,this paper discusses in detail the background,causes,processes,specific practices and achievements of food safety in this period.Secondly,a questionnaire survey was conducted to summarize and analyze the problems in four aspects : government supervision,social participation effect,information acquisition and collaborative governance.Finally,in combing and summarizing the practices and experiences of Fushun County in the construction of food safety demonstration counties,some inspirations were obtained : First,establish a sense of co-construction and advocate the diversification of food subjects.Second,establish a sense of co-governance and optimize the supervision of food safety.Third,establish a sense of sharing,improve the information open platform.The ultimate purpose of this article is to analyze and study the specific case of Fushun County elaborate and clarify the relevant background measures in the field of food safety,and summarize some universal development suggestions,extending from specific cases to the whole country.Therefore,this article is based on the discussion of the reality of establishing a food safety model in Fushun County,and analyzes the relevant inspiration extended from the three aspects of food safety: multiple subjects,safety supervision,and information sharing.On the one hand,it is conducive to continuously improving the food sector governance level of Fushun County Government.On the other hand,it can also provide references and templates for the development of food safety in other regions of the country.
