Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Social Insurance Administration In Sichuan Province

Social insurance handling institutions are an important part of China’s social security system,with important tasks such as implementing policies,undertaking affairs,managing funds,and providing services.With the enhancement of national economic strength and comprehensive national strength,the construction of China’s social security system has gradually moved from the single "raising children and preventing the elderly" model in the past to the direction of comprehensive coverage of the whole people.If the social insurance undertaking wants to develop healthily,it must rely on social insurance management services to effectively support and guarantee.With the rapid development of social economy,people have put forward new requirements for the construction of social security system,which has also brought opportunities and challenges to the social insurance management service.The soundness and perfection of the management service system will be directly related to the process of establishing and improving the social security system covering urban and rural residents.Therefore,how to strengthen the management of social insurance has become the focus of social attention.At present,there are many problems in the operation of China’s social insurance handling institutions,such as lack of professional capabilities,poor service quality,and unsmooth management system.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the service level of China’s social insurance agencies by strengthening legislation and other measures.With the formal implementation of the Social Insurance Law,the number of insured units and individuals has increased sharply,the demand for social insurance services will further increase,and social insurance handling institutions have been under unprecedented great pressure.This paper fully absorbs and applies the relevant theories and practical achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on social insurance agency management,combines the current situation and provincial conditions of social insurance agencies in Sichuan Province,and adopts the methods of literature research,interviews,comparative analysis,etc.to find out the problems in the management of social insurance agencies in Sichuan Province,and proposes how to manage social insurance agencies in Sichuan Province,so as to solve the problems in the management of social insurance agencies in Sichuan Province.On the basis of literature collection and in-depth interviews,a detailed investigation was conducted on the management of different levels of handling institutions,the handling business processes,personnel quality,funding sources and others,and some problems in social insurance handling and management services in Sichuan Province were found.In recent years,with the acceleration of the pace of reform and innovation of China’s social insurance undertakings,the level of social insurance handling and management has been significantly improved.By drawing on the experience and practices of advanced countries or regions in social insurance handling and management,the case analysis is mainly based on clarifying the functions and responsibilities of social insurance handling institutions,strengthening the guidance and management functions of social insurance handling institutions at higher and lower levels,promoting the informatization and standardization of social insurance handling,and strengthening the training of social insurance handling personnel,and exploring and improving the countermeasures and methods for the management of social insurance handling in Sichuan Province.
