Research On The Improvement Of Service Ability Of Social Insurance Agency In Zhengzhou

Social insurance agencies are the undertakers of various specific social insurance business,and the direct service providers of the vast number of insured units and the masses in social insurance affairs.Social insurance agencies are important carriers and executing agencies for the government to provide social insurance services.Their level of service is not only related to the implementation effect of social insurance policies,but also to the interests of the public.Therefore,in the context of the current public service "run once at most" reform,it is of great practical significance to explore the service capacity-building of social security agencies.This study reviews the research on the service capability of social insurance agencies in recent years,and summarizes the internal factors and construction objectives of service capability as the evaluation index of service capability.From the aspects of rules and regulations construction based on comprehensive utilization of resources,service delivery and business processing,service facilities based on software and hardware platform construction and service effect based on service objectives and results,this paper analyses the promotion of service capacity construction of social insurance agencies in Zhengzhou.Through the analysis,it is found that in the process of building the service capacity of social insurance agency in Zhengzhou,some achievements have been made in four levels,and the service capacity has been gradually enhanced,but there are still many areas to be further improved.Among them,the construction of rules and regulations lacks systematicness,and the ability of organizational development is inadequate;the comprehensive service ability of the managers is uneven,and some business processes are complicated;there are regional differences in the standardization of hardware facilities,lagging behind the construction of information platform;the ability of system support is still insufficient,and public satisfaction is not high.Zhengzhou Municipal Social Insurance Agency must adhere to the guiding ideology of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping.According to the requirements of "bottom line,weaving dense network and building mechanism" put forwardby the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC,through improving the management system and internal control mechanism,it should strive to enhance the overall ability of handling services,increase financial investment,improve hardware and software facilities and equipment,and improve the operating environment.Continuously improve the system security capacity to enhance the satisfaction and well-being of the masses.
