A Case Study Of Grid Social Governance In Luxian,Sichuan

The 19th National Congress pointed out that the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved into one between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life.The transformation of contradictions makes politics,economy,culture and society also change day by day.This complex social environment is no longer suitable for the traditional social management mode,so it is necessary to explore a new social governance mode to replace the traditional management mode.This requirement has become a big problem in social management,and governments at all levels attach great importance to it.How to carry out the grassroots social governance work more effectively has become the focus of multi-level government.The case study on the implementation of grid social governance in Luxian County,Sichuan Province was analyzed from the aspects of background,influencing factors and enlightenment by means of data review,data comparison,literature review,field interviews with more than 10 people related to grid work and the masses.Firstly,the paper systematically describes the research background,research objectives,research methods and domestic and foreign research status of grid social governance in Luxian County.The second is to describe the case of grid social governance in Luxian County.For example,the proposal,design,implementation and promotion of grid social governance in Luxian County are described.Thirdly,it analyzes the typicality of grid social governance in Luxian County,and summarizes the three factors of "multiple network","linkage grid" and "operation flow" as important factors for the success of grid social governance in Luxian County from three aspects of participants,governance actions and operation process.Fourthly,it systematically analyzes the three elements of "multiple network","linkage grid" and "operation flow" respectively,and analyzes the successful way of helping Lu County’s social governance,hoping to provide reference for other similar cities;Finally,the paper summarizes the enlightenment from the grid social governance case of Lu County,and summarizes the case.At the same time,the research direction of grid social governance in the future is prospected.According to the study,the grid social governance of Lu County has certain enlightenment for other similar cities to promote grid social governance.Specifically,firstly,the pattern of "multiple networks" forms a "multiple networks" format through the guidance of Party organizations,government dominance,cooperation of the third sector and mass participation,which is advanced.Second,the "linkage grid" pattern formed by all levels of subjects,platforms and networks is the key factor to implement grid social governance in Luxian County.Third,on the basis of how to make "multiple networks" and "linkage grids" become long-term governance mode,the "operation flow" mechanism is summarized,which becomes the guarantee factor for the implementation of grid long-term governance in Lu County.Under the influence and guarantee of these factors,grid social governance can promote the harmonious development of society.
