A Case Study Of Rural Industry Revitalization In S Village,Pidu District Of Chengdu

The strategy of implementing the rural revitalization is a major decision and deployment made at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and is the overall starting point for carrying out the "three rural" work in the current period.In October 2022,the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the task of rural construction in the new era is still arduous and full of challenges.It is necessary to attach great importance to rural development,increase efforts to promote urban-rural integration,ensure smooth flow of various elements between urban and rural areas,and steadily and solidly promote comprehensive rural revitalization.We should fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the market in resource allocation and better play the role of the government.Rural prosperity is the prosperity of the country,and industrial prosperity is the guarantee of rural revitalization.The development of rural industries can strengthen the rural collective economy,bring more employment opportunities and benefits to villagers,and provide impetus and support for the overall revitalization of the countryside.The exertion of local government functions is the foundation and key to the development of rural industries.Existing research mainly focuses on the connotation,significance,development difficulties,implementation approaches,and institutional guarantees of rural industrial revitalization.According to the top-level design of rural revitalization,various regions are constantly exploring their own resource advantages and implementing rural industrial revitalization strategies in accordance with local conditions.This study uses empirical research and other research methods,based on the revitalization strategy and relevant policy arrangements of the Party and the country’s hometown village,starting with sustainable development,new public management,and collaborative governance theories,to analyze the underlying reasons for the prosperity of rural industries in S Village,Pidu District.Through multiple visits and surveys to S Village,we learned about the revitalization of the village’s industry,summarized the achievements achieved,and formed experience and inspiration that can be replicated and promoted.Based on the above ideas,Thesis follows the paradigm of case analysis and divides the thesis into eight parts,namely,introduction,typical analysis of the case of S Village’s rural industrial revitalization,description of the case of S Village’s rural industrial revitalization,analysis of ecological industrialization and industrial ecology promoting the industrial revitalization of S Village,analysis of land concentration promoting the industrial revitalization of S Village,analysis of multi-agent cooperation promoting the industrial revitalization of S Village The enlightenment,conclusion and prospect of the case study of rural industry revitalization in S Village.Through case analysis based on theory,this study concludes that the measures to achieve success in the revitalization of rural industry in S Village are as follows: the government should promote the industrialization of rural ecology and the transformation of industrial ecology,land concentration is a strong driving force to promote the revitalization of rural industry,and should promote the improvement of the working mechanism of multi-agent collaborative revitalization of rural areas,providing experience and reference for Pidu District and similar areas to promote the revitalization of rural industries.
