Reflections On Exploring Ways Of Cultivating Innovative Student Leaders In Colleges And Universities

Concept is the precursor of transformation. The cultivation of innovative talents, which is the strategic choice in the education reform, will be the guidance of students' work reform in colleges and universities in china. Student leaders are the major organizers and participants in colleges and universities. Their cultivations effect the others. As a result, the cultivation of Innovative student leaders becomes a new request of ideological and political work, which will be of great significance for students'healthy growth and the prosperity of campus culture.This article analyses internal and external environment of innovative student leaders'cultivation in colleges and universities, and contacts with the author's youth league and students'work experience. According to a series of survey results and documentations, the author summarizes the innovative student leaders'developing pattern in the ideological and political education background.The paper considers that we should explore some new ways from the main body, goals, environment, methods, etc. for the cultivation of innovative student leaders by learning from internal and external universities'cultivation of innovative undergraduate.The paper is divided into an introduction,four chapters and the conclusion.Introduction:It introduces the historical request of the cultivation of innovative student leaders and explains the concepts of innovative talents and student leaders.it also analyses the actual state of the cultivation and proposes research methods.Chapter 1:This chapter represents the history and actual state of student leaders in college and universities in China. It refers to the different cultivations in two main states since the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949, summarizes the experiences and lessons learned, and proposes three parts of deficiencies according to the cultivation state of new century.Chapter 2:This chapter proposes the significances in theory and in practice, which, In particular, could stimulate the spirit of students'innovation, strengthen their practical ability, become the base of entrepreneurial talents, and promote the construction of cultivating talent in colleges and universities.Chapter 3:It discusses three main influencing factors of the cultivation of innovative student leaders from the angle of macroscopic and on microscopic.that is, the actual cultivation of student leaders is fall behind with new requirements, the stability and inheritance of student leaders organization is poor, and the superintend and retraind systerm are not perfect,etc. Chapter 4:Learning from the experiences of foreign talent training, including the advanced educational philosophy, a research-based teaching methods, balanced curriculum construction, project-oriented practice training and services in support of the environment. The author refers to a range of ideas and methods of cultivating innovative student leaders in new century. This part focuses on the colleges and universities should construct teachers'group to fit for cultivating innovative talents, explore the methods and contents to put innovative education and management in practice, and consummate the appraisal and supervised mechanism of student leaders' innovative cultivation education, and so on.Conclusion:The campus culture should focus on the creative elements, with the purpose of creating a better campus talents culture suitable for new century.
