Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Training Of The Talents In Public Security Colleges Based On The Dual Creation Education

As the cradle of training police officers in modern society,public security colleges have been greatly influenced by the reform of public security constitution in recent years.In the public security colleges,the education of "double creation" has been carried out in depth.As the cradle of preparation police officers in modern society,the police academy has been missing the word "double creation".Now,with the deepening of our country's reform and opening up,the reform has entered the deep water area.However,in this aspect of practice,no concrete and effective theoretical guidance has been put forward,so if this paper can play a breakthrough role in this field,no doubt,will play certain guidance to the latecomers.Based on the perspective of the public security colleges,this paper reexamines the dual creative education.Because of the specific nature of the personnel training goal,most of the students in the public security colleges will be engaged in public security work after graduation.But the "double creation" advocated in this article is different from the past,but based on the innovation and entrepreneurship of public security actual combat,that is,to develop innovative thinking of students and apply it to real police stations,so as to better provide assistance to public security actual combat,in order to achieve entrepreneurship in the field of public security work.Therefore,this paper holds that the double creation of public security colleges is different from that of other ordinary colleges.In conclusion,the extension and application of the thought of "double creation" in public security colleges is also a great innovation point of this thesis.As part of the systematic education of police in China,the higher education of public security colleges shows distinct characteristics from other kinds of occupation.Because of the complexity and particularity of public security education,the characteristics of the training form of public security talents in China have been created.Under the background of the rapid change of the country's social situation,how to meet the needs of social development organically and make micro-adjustment to the training mode of public security personnel has become a common problem for schools and education departments and related practitioners.Under such a background,this article will take the training mode of public security colleges and universities as the research object,it will play an important practical significance to the training of public security colleges.Although many attempts and efforts have been made at present in the training mode of personnel training in public security colleges in our country,there are still some problems such as the lack of clear purpose for the training of personnel innovation,the inhumanity of discipline system and curriculum teaching system,the immutable teaching method,the simple teaching evaluation system,and the rigidity in the training of police cadets.Based on the theory of management,this paper adopts the method of combining theory and practice,the method of literature theory,the method of investigation and examination and the method of interview.This paper analyzes in detail the problems such as lack of "double creation" ability and lack of research on related problems in the training and education of public security colleges in recent years,and obtains a series of innovative theoretical achievements.This paper tries to give some reasonable measures for the lack of "double creation" thinking and "double creation" ability in the training of students in public security colleges.
