Since 2019,the new crown epidemic that has ravaged the world has had a serious impact on China’s economy and the life safety of residents.Since the outbreak of the epidemic,community prevention and control personnel have played an extremely important role in epidemic prevention and control,but the long-term epidemic prevention and control work has caused great challenges to the physical and mental health of community epidemic prevention personnel,and the problem of burnout is worthy of attention.Heavy and cumbersome epidemic prevention and control work is easy to cause a certain degree of burnout among community epidemic prevention personnel.In the current context,due to extreme weather,environmental pollution,geopolitics and many other factors,the frequency of public health emergencies has increased significantly,so it is of certain practical significance to study the causes of the problem of burnout of community epidemic prevention and control personnel and formulate policies to solve them.This paper takes "Burnout of Community Epidemic Prevention and Control Personnel" as the theme,uses questionnaire survey method,interview method and statistical analysis method,takes Z District of Dalian City,Liaoning Province as an example,and takes community epidemic prevention and control personnel such as community specialists,volunteers,and hospital dispatched personnel in District Z as the research object.Through the analysis of the questionnaire results,it is found that the overall manifestation of burnout of community epidemic prevention and control personnel under epidemic prevention and control is physiological fatigue,certain avoidance of responsibility,and low work enthusiasm,and the reasons for work burnout of community epidemic prevention and control personnel are analyzed from the individual,organizational and social levels,and finally the improvement measures of community epidemic prevention and control personnel burnout are proposed.Countermeasures to improve individual factors include clarifying one’s own role positioning,doing a good job in career planning,improving self-regulation ability,improving epidemic prevention awareness,and enhancing stress resistance;Organizational factors to improve countermeasures include increasing incentives,regularly carrying out vocational training,rationally arranging work tasks,and strengthening community epidemic prevention teams;Measures to improve social factors include creating a good public opinion environment,building a social supervision and communication platform,and enhancing social support.
