With the normalization of epidemic prevention and control in China,at present, the epidemic situation in China is sporadic and locally concentrated. The current situation of prevention and control is still not optimistic, and people’s production and life alert state should not be relaxed. As the forefront of epidemic prevention and control, communities shoulder a very arduous task. However, how the community can realize the win-win model of mutual assistance and mutual benefit with residents in this epidemic prevention struggle, meet residents’ expectations for community epidemic prevention management, improve residents’ happiness, alleviate residents’ psychological pressure and ensure social stability at the same time of effective epidemic prevention, which needs our in-depth exploration.Based on the perspective of normalization of epidemic prevention and control,Taking Shijiazhuang as an example, this thesis investigates the residents’ satisfaction with community governance through a questionnaire and analyzes the detailed survey data to explore the impact of community epidemic prevention management measures on Residents’ satisfaction. This thesis uses the relevant theory of residents’ satisfaction to design a questionnaire, and investigates the selected residents of Shijiazhuang in the form of online and offline questionnaires to collect data.Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and word cloud diagram were used to analyze the current situation of community epidemic prevention and control, residents’ preference for satisfaction, residents’ views and expectations on community epidemic prevention management; Then use the satisfaction tree model to analyze the differences of different groups; Finally, this thesis constructs the model of the impact of community epidemic prevention management on Residents’ satisfaction from the four aspects of residents’ psychology, residents’ identity, community measures and social workers’ implementation, and uses structural equation model to analyze the factors affecting residents’ satisfaction. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the current situation of community epidemic prevention and control in Shijiazhuang is uncertain, and the problem of free access of regional communities such as Chang’an District,Luquan district and Qiaoxi District is still prominent.(2)Shijiazhuang has a good supply of living materials for residents, but the weak supply capacity of epidemic prevention goods and low service efficiency of social workers are still the main problems faced by community epidemic prevention. Our city has a good supply of living materials for residents. At the same time, the direction of epidemic prevention and control is not clear, the social work service mechanism is not perfect, and there is a deviation between the actual needs of residents and community service work.(3)Community epidemic prevention measures are the primary factor affecting residents’ community satisfaction. From the perspective of residents, the implementation of differentiated control is the most effective way to improve the satisfaction of our community in the face of epidemic in the future.(4)Improving residents’ sense of identity to the community is an important way to improve satisfaction.Residents’ sense of identity is a "bridge" connecting residents and the community.Guiding residents to participate in community governance can effectively improve satisfaction. Finally, based on the analysis conclusion, the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
