When it comes to Ouhai District of Wenzhou,it belongs to one of the three districts of Wenzhou,which is currently in the fast lane of the reconstruction of the old city and the revitalization of the countryside.However,the development of farm product market in this area is slow,which is contrary to the present situation of the vigorous development of rural economy.As a result,it is of great significance to explore and manage the road of farm product market to activate and promote the better and faster development of rural economy,to solve the unbalanced development of rural market economy,to create a new model of town and street development,as well as to truly solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".In terms of the rural farm product market of Ouhai,it is different from the urban farm product market,which is the product of the specific historical stage of the transformation from the low and scattered road market to the modernization and formalization of the trade market in the process of rural revitalization.Besides,it is in a market period of rapid growth but all aspects still need to be improved.In this paper,it studies the effective governance of rural farm product market in rural revitalization,which is actually helpful to solve the governance problems encountered in the development of rural farm product market in Ouhai District and promote the development of rural economy.Through practice according to theory,it can provide case evidence for rural revitalization strategy,expand the scope of application of rural strategy,and enrich its connotation.In this paper,it will investigate 30 rural farm product markets in Ouhai District through literature inquiry,questionnaire survey,interview and inquiry,which will also use the survey data of the rural farm product market of Ouhai District to carry out the research on the effective management here under the strategy of rural revitalization.As for this paper,it is divided into five parts,in which the introduction part discusses the research background,significance,domestic and foreign literature as well as its existing problems,researchideas and methods,innovation and shortcomings.In terms of the concept and theoretical basis part,it defines the concept of rural farm product market,effective governance and so on,which also discusses the rural revitalization strategy,public interest supervision theory,government purchase public service theory and other related theoretical basis,so as to provide theoretical support for this paper.In the present situation part,it starts from the survey samples of 30 rural farm product markets in Ouhai District,which also combines with the questionnaire results here,so as to expound the current management situation of rural farm product markets in Ouhai District.In the part of cause,it expatiates the present management question existing in rural farm product markets in Ouhai District and its reason.In the part of measures and suggestions,it puts forward the relevant opinions and suggestions from five angles,such as the integration of three governance,the purchase of public services,financial management,supervision and assessment as well as the construction of network platform.In this paper,it takes 30 rural farm product markets in Ouhai District of Wenzhou City as the sample,so as to explore how to effectively manage the rural farm product' market under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization and in the context of difficult government supervision,incomplete hardware facilities,poor surrounding environment,poor service consciousness,undetected food safety,backward management and so on.Besides,it puts forward the way of carrying out "three governance integration" in the rural farm product market of Ouhai District,that is,owner autonomy,virtue rule on the basis of village rule,rules and regulations as well as legal system,which also cooperates with the organizers of market to do a good job in the long-term management of farm product market.On the other hand,it will introduce the government to purchase public services,transfer some of the authority of market management by government to farm product market management companies with management qualifications,in which government departments should gradually withdraw from the daily affairs management of farm product market,switch to supervision and assessment of farm product market,increase the financial investment inthe standardization construction and management of farm product market,establish an intelligent supervision platform and so on.
