Space Transfer And Space Reproduction:the Governance Dilemma And Path Analysis Of Demolition Resettlement Community

With the accelerating process of urbanization in China,the urban-rural integration is widely spread across the country,and the urbanization trend is becoming more and more obvious.Urban construction and the development of urbanrural integration is mainly based on the transformation of the old city and the outward expansion of the city.At the same time,the residents and their homes in the original rural areas are planned in a unified way.As a result,more and more urban surrounding areas have been gradually incorporated into towns.The original residential area of the farmers whose land was requisitioned was demolished,and the peasants became urban residents at the level of living space.The new type of community used for the resettlement of demolition residents-the demolition resettlement community-has begun to appear as a trend.At the micro level,they have changed the ways of daily living,living environment,social structure,and social networks of the demolished residents.At the macro level,the demolition resettlement communities have also had a major impact on the spatial structure of urban and rural society.Space not only has natural attributes,but also has social attributes,reflects and produces social relations,and influences the behavior of the subject in space.The demolition resettlement community is different from the traditional villages' spatial characteristics,and also different from the spatial characteristics of the urban communities.Compared with the urban communities and traditional villages,the residents in the demolition resettlement communities have large mobility,strong heterogeneity and unclear rules of public living space.Therefore,the special spatial characteristics of the demolition resettlement communities lead to the inadaptability of resettlement residents and their governance subjects to the sudden change of living space.Under such circumstances,there are many problems such as space disputes,spatial governance disorder and so on.This study is based on the theory of spatial politics and takes the S settlement community in Longyan City,Fujian Province as an example.It first defined the meaning and characteristics of space,space production,and space justice.Then it introduces the space contradiction and space transfer process of S resettlement community,analyzes the deep reasons that S resettlement community space use disorder,space contradiction dispute,space governance disorder and so on,and thinks that community public space disorder,community governance organization problem and space transfer trigger community social capital loss,which is the root cause of the community governance dilemma.Finally,from two angles of space reengineering and main body integration,this paper puts forward the new situation of the demolition resettlement community governance by integrating the main body of community governance,changing the spatial concept of community members,to improve the level of the residents' autonomy,reconstructing the natural space and social space of the community and reconstructing the community social capital.
