| Applications for related technologies of "Internet plus" has brought many riskes to rural governance,such as privacy leakage,online violence,online rumors,online fraud and so on.In order to effectively resolve these problems and improve rural governance ability,this paper researches on those issues about possible riskes in rural governance which can be brought by "Internet plus"."Internet plus" can arise riskes in rural governance because it’s not locally generated in countryside but invaded from cities.At the same time,people lack abilities to identify and respond to it.A number of unknowable problems in rural governance have increased.For examples,decentralization of "Internet plus" and disorder of rural governance,the existence of the information divide and the emergence of new unfair issues.Therefore,in order to slove those problems mentioned above,the following countermeasures are proposed,which includes standardize the network behavior and cultivate the legal responsibility awareness of rural Internet application,Enhance the awareness of rural internet risk prevention and build a diversified risk governance pattern in rural areas,Implement internet technology support and promote the intelligence of rural governance risk platforms.This research is mainly based on the framework of social risk theory.According to the actual survey of the application of "Internet plus" in rural governance in L Village,S City and public governance theory,this research studies and analyzes connotation,characteristics,and occurrence mechanism and the main manifestations of social risks in rural governance which can be brought by "Internet plus".For now,"information gap","information cocoon room" and other Internet related problems in rural China already exist.There is significance both in theoretical and practical to put forward preventive measures against the social risk of rural governance in the context of "Internet plus",and to study the social risk of rural governance in the context of "Internet plus". |
