| In today’s world,a new round of scientific and technological revolution with information technology as the core is accelerating.The Internet has increasingly become the leading force of innovation driven development,effectively promoting economic and social development and profoundly changing people’s production and life.Internet information governance is related to the overall situation of domestic social stability and the vital interests of the people.The rapid development of the Internet has had a profound impact on government governance and its ruling ability,which makes the inherent defects of the existing government system increasingly prominent.At present,how to strengthen Internet information governance has become an important topic for local governments to promote the cause of Internet information.Using the theoretical knowledge of public management and taking Dalian Internet information governance as the research object,this paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in Dalian Internet information governance by using literature research method,comparative analysis method,questionnaire survey and interview survey.At the same time,this paper also makes a horizontal comparison between the Internet information governance model of Dalian and that of other advanced regions,soas to find the gap and learn from the experience.Analyze problems.This paper puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions in line with the development needs and survival needs of the times.The significance of this study is mainly reflected in making up for the lack of specific and multi angle empirical research on Internet information governance.By effectively analyzing how to change government functions,strengthen network political participation and create a good network culture in the Internet era,it is sublimated to the height of theoretical research.According to the situation of Dalian City,the use of multi-disciplinary and multi perspective systematic research has greatly enriched the theory of Internet information governance.This paper will enrich the theoretical discussion of Internet information governance by expounding the research on local government governance in the Internet era in combination with the situation of Dalian.The practical significance of the topic is very obvious. |
