Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Volunteer Service Management In Wuling District,Changde City

In recent years,the speed of urban construction is getting faster and faster,and there are more uncertain and complex factors in the society.As residents’ participation in the public sphere and daily life increases,the society increasingly needs refined and humanized governance,and the government is under increasing pressure.Community volunteer service can effectively make up for this deficiency.With the development of civilized city,the community volunteer service in Wuling District has developed further.But in developing show management main body of a single,volunteers formalization management,lack of incentives,volunteer service volunteer service consciousness is not strong,together with the present situation of Wuling District community volunteer service management,on the basis of the polycentric governance theory,matrix management,through the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,such as research methods,Analysis of the reasons for the problems include inaccurate recognition of the role of government departments,non-standard management process,imperfect construction of incentive mechanism,and inadequate publicity of volunteer service culture.Finally,this paper proposes that the government clarify its own positioning,build a legal framework,improve the incentive mechanism of voluntary service,and popularize the concept of voluntary service.It is hoped that through better management of community volunteer service,the harmonious development of Wuling District community can be promoted,and other similar districts and counties can provide reference for community volunteer service management.
