Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Education And Training Of Grassroots Cadres In Shaoshan City Under The Background Of New Era

With regard to the construction of cadres,the report of the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly puts forward the requirement of building a high-quality professional cadre team.As an effective way to improve cadres’ own awareness and professional quality,education and training is capable of enhancing the leadership of the Party to a great extent and playing a vital role in the process of China’s political and economic construction.In view of the fact that grass-roots cadres are the core strength of cadres,this paper takes the education and training of grass-roots cadres in Shaoshan City as the research object,and objectively analyzes the main practices and existing problems in the education and training of grass-roots cadres in Shaoshan City by adopting the methods of theoretical analysis,field investigation and questionnaire survey.In theory,it can enrich the relevant theories of adult education,broaden the depth and breadth of the theory of cadre education by researching on the education and training of grassroots cadres,and the researches may become the guideline to guide practice finally.From a practical point of view,this study may enhance the effectiveness of grass-roots cadre education,and has certain value for reference to cadre educators.Firstly,this paper conducts investigations on the education and training of grassroots cadres in Shaoshan City via questionnaires and field visits,then it reveals the problems and reasons existing in the education and training of grass-roots cadres in Shaoshan City,and finally puts forward some countermeasures on how to further improve the education and training of grass-roots party members and cadres in Shaoshan City,and make contributions to the smooth development and implementation of building a high-quality cadre team.Based on the actual investigation results,this paper found that there are a series of problems on the issues of the training of grass-roots cadres in Shaoshan City,such as weak desire to participate in training,low matching degree between supply and demand of training content,unreasonable structure of teachers,too old education and training methods,and poor assessment effect,etc.The roots for the above mentioned problems are as follows: inadequate ideological understanding,weak awareness of training demand research,inadequate supply of training teachers and courses,insufficient innovation of training methods,imperfect training resources co-ordination mechanism and so on.Finally,five improvement measures are puts forward by this paper based on the above problems,specifically,they are to deepen the concept change of cadre education and training,to effectively carry out training demand research,to formulate the long-term development strategic plan of teacher curriculum,to improve teaching methods based on problems,and to establish and improve the training guarantee mechanism.
