Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Cadre Education And Training In Yan’an

The education and training of cadres is a pioneering,fundamental,and strategic project for building a high-quality cadre force,which is related to the development and even the success or failure of the Party’s career.As the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new epoch,the new contradictions,new challenges and new problems we face have raised new requirements for cadre education and training in the new epoch.It is of great practical value and significance to explore new ways of training for cadres in the new epoch,and to cultivate a cadre team with firm beliefs,willingness to serving the people,being diligent and pragmatic,daring to take responsibility,and being clean and honest.Firstly,this paper introduces the concepts related to cadre education and training and the relevant theories which adapted to this study,analyzed the significance of studying cadre education and training in the context of the new era,and lays the theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.Secondly,taking Yan’an as an example,starting from the basic situation of the cadre team and the current situation of cadre education and training.we focus on analyzing the initiatives and effectiveness of cadre training work in recent years.In view of the four problems found in the research,such as insufficient attention to cadre education and training,poor targeting of cadre education and training,inadequate supply,and inadequate implementation of training system,we further analyze the reasons for these problems in the light of the actual situation of the city,and propose countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening cadre education and training in the new epoch.Which including four dimensions: changing the concept of cadre education and training,enhancing the relevance and effectiveness of cadre education and training,strengthening the basic guarantee of cadre education and training,and improving the system of cadre education and training.We hope that this will play a certain reference to all units around the world to strengthen the work of cadre education and training,to make the municipal cadre education and training work more adaptable to the new situation and new requirements of the new epoch.
