Resource Integration In The Supply Of Community Public Welfare Services

The high quality supply and development of community public service need a lot of resources support,so the effective integration of resources has become the inherent requirements and basic conditions for the development of community public service.This paper reviews the development process of community public welfare service by reviewing the literature.Under the background of unitary,marketization and diversification,the resource integration trend in the supply of community public welfare service has changed from "unitary leading" to "multiple participation".Based on the theory of resource dependence,multiple co-governance and consultative governance,this paper summarizes the mode of "multiple subjects participating in resource integration",which highlights the core position of the Party organization in resource integration.Taking the public service supply of H community in Changsha city as an example,this paper analyzes the resource integration in the public service supply of H community by using the mode of "multiple subjects participating in resource integration".In H community public service resources integration,building resources integration fortress of the party organization,government,set up the people-oriented concept of the integration of multiple collaboration platform,community building,social organization complement consolidation strength,community residents to participate in the atmosphere,together with the party organization as the core subjects to the integration of resources,for H community provides a rich and high quality of community public service.At the same time,the study found that there are still some problems in the resource integration of H community public service supply,and analyzed the possible causes.In view of the resource integration problem in H community public welfare service supply,this paper analyzes the role that each subject should play in the resource integration of community public welfare service supply based on the mode of "multiple subjects participating in resource integration".Put forward the core party organization should play the leading role,the government should play a leading role,the community should play a role of bridge,the social organization should play a supporting role,community residents should play a role of foundation and so on resources integration optimization Suggestions,in order to offer reference resources integration of community public service supply.
