| A series of guidance and reform policy documents issued in the field of Young Pioneers have repeatedly mentioned the integration,exploitation and utilization of various sites and practice bases to provide necessary guarantees for the activities of the Young Pioneers.As a special educational institution,school is the daily place of Young pioneers’ activities,therefore it is of great significance to study its space resources.However,the current school space is more analyzed and explored from the perspective of architecture,design and other aspects,and the attention on the perspective of organizational attributes needs to be strengthened.The core question to be explored in this study is: how to routinely explore school space resources of activity based on the organizational attributes of the Young Pioneers?This research follows the principle of combining theory with practice and focuses on qualitative research methods.Based on the literature analysis method,the core concept is defined,the analysis framework is formed,and the research idea is determined.Using observation,questionnaires,and interviews,we conducted a study on two classes of M School and eight different types of school spaces to collect first-hand data.The paper is gradually formed through the application of the "objective description-current situation analysis-suggestions".The thesis contains five chapters.The first chapter elaborates the research questions and significance,and makes a literature review.It also clarifies research methods,analysis framework and ideas employed in the study.Chapter Two outlines the research subjects and data collection process,including the selection of field location and space type,as well as the process of field research.The third and fourth chapters are the current research of the school,based on the theoretical preparation of the first two chapters.From the perspectives of the organizational attributes of the Young Pioneers,the current situation of resource exploration is analyzed whose case study object is two categories and eight sub-categories of space in M school.The philosophy and measures of space utilization worth learning are obtained,and the further optimization is found.Chapter Five moves from individual cases to general suggestions.From the perspective of the Young Pioneers’ organizational attributes,this chapter provides a general summary of the experiences of M School and other schools.The main improvement suggestions are as follows:Based on the political nature of the young pioneers organization,the activity space should be returned to the Young pioneers.(1)At the level of class space,the young pioneers are given relatively full autonomy of activity space by allocating class space management.(2)In the school-level space,the activities of "Master of the campus" and "Young Pioneers Congress" are used to give the school space to children and make them the master of the school space.Based on the children’s nature of the Young Pioneers organization,the improvement suggestions of "speaking" are put forward.(1)Encourage a variety of self-education activities by providing young pioneers with a child atmosphere environment.(2)In the school-level space,the initiative of the young pioneers should be mobilized in the process of space resource development,letting the space "speak" the children’s own words.Based on the educational nature of the Young pioneers’ organization,the improvement suggestions of "interactive generation" are put forward.(1)Promote the interaction and communication among the young pioneers by class and corridor construction and other activities,exploring the educational value of the activity space.(2)In the school-level space,expand the scope of activities through the integration of resources and the opening of time and space,providing more possibilities for the development of Young pioneers.Cultivate young pioneers with life consciousness in practice of school space,providing organizational foundation and ability for the greater education of nature. |
