Research On The Performance Of CPPCC Members

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and national governance requires the joint efforts of the whole society.As an important channel and specialized consultative body for socialist deliberative democracy,the CPPCC is an important part of the modernization of China’s governance system and capacity.Over the past 70 years and more since its founding,under the leadership of the CPC,the CPPCC has adhered to the two major themes of unity and democracy,actively carried out political consultation,democratic oversight,and participation in the deliberation and administration of state affairs,and made outstanding contributions to China’s prosperity,national rejuvenation,and people’s happiness.As the people’s demands for democracy and politics become higher and higher,democratic consultation has become an important way to govern the country and society,and CPPCC members have gradually become the most trusted team of the people.As the main body of the CPPCC’s work,the CPPCC members are the bridge connecting the Party and the government with the people from all walks of life.The ability of CPPCC members to perform their duties represents the image of the CPPCC’s work and is one of the important criteria to measure whether they are competent for their own work.The improvement of CPPCC members’ ability to perform their duties is a practical need for further improving the CPPCC’s work,solving the major social contradictions and developing democratic politics.Therefore,higher requirements should be put forward for CPPCC members’ ability to perform their duties.Based on the history and reality of China’s democratic political construction,this paper focuses on the main line of CPPCC members’ ability to perform their duties through the study of the Party’s important literature and academic works and the analysis of existing literature,summarizes the favorable and unfavorable conditions existing in the process of the improvement of CPPCC members’ ability to perform their duties,and proposes specific countermeasures to solve the problem.Demonstrate and elaborate the research on the improvement of CPPCC members’ ability to perform their duties from the following five parts:The first part is the introduction.This part mainly focuses on the basis and significance of the topic of the improvement of CPPCC members’ ability to perform their duties,research summary,research ideas and methods,etc.The second part is an overview of CPPCC members’ ability to perform their duties.This paper introduces the relevant concepts of the CPPCC and its members,and focuses on explaining the relevant concepts of the CPPCC members’ ability to perform their duties,which lays the foundation for the following analysis and discussion.The third part is the ideological origin of the improvement of CPPCC members’ performance ability.The theoretical basis of CPPCC members’ ability to perform their duties is explored from the relevant theories of classical Marxism,Sinicized Marxism and Chinese excellent traditional culture,which provides theoretical support for the research of the following chapters.The fourth part is the analysis of the current situation of CPPCC members’ ability to perform their duties.This part firstly analyzes the status quo of CPPCC members’ ability to perform their duties,in view of the current status quo of CPPCC members’ performance of duties at all levels,affirming the existing achievements in the current work.Secondly,by analyzing the current situation of the favorable and unfavorable factors affecting the improvement of CPPCC members’ performance ability,the direction is provided for further improving the performance ability and performance quality of CPPCC members.The fifth part is the path selection of the CPPCC members’ ability to perform their duties.This part is the foothold of this paper.Based on the research of the first four parts,aiming at the adverse factors affecting the performance ability of CPPCC members pointed out in the fourth part,specific coping strategies and improvement measures are proposed,and an indepth study is made on how to improve the performance ability of CPPCC members.In this paper,the CPPCC and its members are systematically sorted out and studied,and some innovations are made in the logical framework and academic views.First of all,the structure of the article is complete.In the exposition of CPPCC members’ ability to perform their duties,a relatively complete and systematic logic of generation is formed from theoretical origin to practical development and then to path selection.The thesis has certain theoretical support.Secondly,the logic of this paper is clear.Based on the development of CPPCC members’ ability to perform their duties in the new era,it focuses on the new development and new achievements made in the construction of the CPPCC and the construction of CPPCC members under the leadership of the Communist Party of China in practice since the new era.In view of some innovation,has a certain practical significance and application value.
