Research On The Organizational Capacity Construction Of Village Level Party Organizations In Wuling Ethnic Areas

The key hub of the Party and the country at the grass-roots level in rural areas,village-level party organizations play the role of "vanguard" in consolidating the rural foundation in rural revitalization,providing a strong organizational guarantee for rural work.In order to adapt to the changes in the new situation and consolidate the ruling foundation of the Party,rural grass-roots party organizations must improve their organizational strength.Through analyzing the construction of the Party organization’s organizational strength in M village of Lichuan city from five dimensions of political leadership,economic development,cultural prosperity,social governance and ecological protection,it is found that the factors that affect the construction of the Party organization’s organizational strength at the village level in Wuling ethnic areas include both internal and external factors.The influence of traditional national culture and the comprehensive ability of party members are the internal factors that affect the construction of village-level party organization in Wuling ethnic area.The backward level of regional economic development and the complex political and cultural environment are the external factors that affect the construction of village-level party organization in Wuling ethnic area.The main ways to improve the organizational strength of village-level party organizations in Wuling ethnic areas are as follows: First,highlight the function of political leadership of grass-roots party organizations and enhance political leadership;The second is to highlight the function of grass-roots party organizations in leading economic development and improve economic development;Third,highlight the function of grass-roots party organizations to develop culture and enhance cultural prosperity;Fourth,highlight the social governance function of grass-roots party organizations and improve social governance;Fifth,highlight the ecological protection function of grass-roots party organizations and improve the ecological protection capacity.
