Improving The Organizational Strength Of Grass-roots Party Organizations From The Perspective Of Organizational Culture Research

The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress proposed that the CPC Central Committee should attach importance to the development of basic level party organizations and stress elevate their organizational capacity.Organizational power has become a new topic in the study of Party construction.The so-called organizational strength of grass-roots party organizations refers to the ability to help improve the unity and cohesion of grass-roots party organizations.Improving the organizational ability of grass-roots party organizations,at the micro level,will help to establish a good image for the party and establish a good relationship between the party and the masses;From the macro level,it helps to consolidate the ruling foundation of the party organization and provide guarantee for the party’s long-term governance.Organizational culture is the management thought of ethics,values,working habits,organizational norms and organizational consciousness that a company,group and organization have experienced for a long time.It belongs to an important part of the ability of a company,group and organization.By shaping the common consciousness of organization members,guiding and standardizing the behavior of organization members,it condenses organization members to forge ahead towards the common goal.For an organization,its efficient operation and sustainable development are inseparable from the progressive organizational culture.Grass roots Party organizations with excellent organizational culture is the premise of their long-term vitality and vitality.The optimization of organizational culture can promote the development of the organizational strength of grass-roots party organizations.From the perspective of organizational culture,this study studies the organizational strength of grass-roots party organizations.This study mainly adopts the literature research method and interdisciplinary comprehensive research method.Firstly,classify,sort out,summarize and summarize the relevant literature,grasp the development status of this research,and lay a theoretical foundation for this research.Secondly,it summarizes the subject words of this study: organizational culture and the organizational power of grass-roots party organizations,analyzes their concepts and connotations,and establishes the internal relationship between them.Third,based on the perspective of organizational culture,this paper analyzes the achievements of the improvement of the organizational power of grass-roots party organizations since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China;To explore the existing problems and reasons.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions to consolidate and strengthen the organizational strength of grass-roots party organizations,that is,optimizing and perfecting organizational culture will be a new realistic path choice.
