Research On Marx And Engels’ Outlook On Talents And The Value Of The Times

Marx and Engels’ concept of talent is an important component of Marxist theory,providing strong theoretical support for the proletarian revolutionary movement,important guidance for economic and social progress,and pointing out the ultimate goal direction for talent development.National development and rejuvenation depends on talents.At present,China is at an important moment in comprehensively promoting socialist modernization construction,achieving the second centenary goal,and promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.During this period,the demand for talent is more urgent than at any time in history.It is increasingly important to adhere to cultivating talents for the Party and the country,and to gather and utilize the talents of the world.Therefore,a comprehensive and systematic study of Marx and Engels’ concept of talent is of great theoretical value and practical significance for the current implementation of China’s talent strengthening strategy.This article adopts the method of literature research,adheres to the unity of logic and history and combines theory and practice in analyzing and studying Marx and Engels’ concept of talent and its contemporary value.Firstly,this article elaborates on the social and historical background of the emergence of Marx and Engels’ concept of talent from three aspects: technological revolution,economic development,and the need for talent in the proletarian revolutionary movement.It also elaborates on the theoretical origins and four stages of formation: germination,criticism,improvement,and maturity.Secondly,a detailed review of the main content was conducted,including the social historicity and creative essence of talent.The people are the source of talent,and talent is a positive factor in social wealth,proletarian revolutionary cause,and science and technology.The driving force for talent development is the need for survival,development,and value realization.The limiting factors for talent development are social division of labor,material conditions,education,environment,and free time,The ultimate goal of talent development is to achieve free and comprehensive human development.Once again,it summarizes the four basic characteristics of Marx and Engels’ talent view: scientific,class oriented,critical,and practical.Under the review of Marx and Engels’ view on talent,there are still a series of problems in China’s talent cultivation and utilization,such as prominent structural contradictions in the talent team,low precision of talent policies,insufficient quality of the talent team,and blocked "last mile" of talent development system and mechanism reform.Therefore,it is necessary to fully explore and unleash the era value of Marx and Engels’ talent concept.To this end,firstly,adhere to the Party’s leadership over talent work,and fully realize the essence of talent.The second is to adhere to the correct values of talent and ensure the right of the people to become talented.The third is to consolidate the foundation and improve the quality of talent cultivation.The fourth is to deepen the reform of the talent system and improve the talent operation mechanism.The fifth is to create a good social atmosphere and optimize the environment for talent growth.
