With the deepening of the aging of the population in my country, the pension problem of the elderly in my country has increasingly become the focus of the whole society, and it is urgent to seek new ways of supporting the elderly. With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the average life expectancy continues to increase, and the proportion of the elderly population continues to rise.Because of the lack of specialized skills, their families cannot provide them with the special care that doctors can.The function of family pension is becoming increasingly weak, which makes the traditional family pension model unsustainable. Now,many nursing homes have problems such as insufficient beds, high costs, and lack of humanistic care. Most seniors are reluctant to choose their own retirement center, they prefer to choose their own community. The pension system of China has changed.Community home care is carried out according to the actual needs of our country. Not only allow them to enjoy life in a familiar environment, but also to enjoy professional medical services. With the rapid development of society and economy, the elderly have higher and higher requirements. This has led to an increasing demand for elderly care for the elderly. With the development of science and technology today, the family pension model in the"smart community" has also emerged. The emergence of the smart community pension model provides a new way of thinking for the further opening of my country’s pension market and the transformation and upgrading of the industry. This paper mainly uses Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, supply and demand balance theory, public goods theory and other theories to study.Through the research on the understanding, demand, service supply and other aspects of the elderly in Suzhou,it is not difficult to see that there is a "silver digital gap" in the understanding level of the elderly in Suzhou for smart home care services, and the construction of " smart home care service system" is not enough;Smart home care products are not smart enough, and there is a shortage of smart home care personnel, mainly due to insufficient publicity, imperfect smart home care institutions, and immature smart home care service business models;lack of smart care talent training mechanism, etc. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper gives the following suggestions:promote the concept of smart old-age care, increase government investment, and establish a professional talent team;strengthen infrastructure construction and improve the level of big data analysis technology. |
