The Research On The Planning And Construction Issues Of Shenyang Metropolitan Area

Metropolitan agglomeration is important to high-quality development of urban clusters and economic transformation and upgrading.Shenyang metropolitan agglomeration is based on the old industrial-base in northeast China,with a developed condition of traditional industries,which rarely at home and abroad.In recent years,with the enhancing of the drive-power in Shenyang,the cluster development,industrial synergy and co-location effects of the metropolitan agglomeration-cities have become increasingly apparent,and the integrated development pattern has been established.The development process is pretty good.However,Shenyang metropolitan agglomeration has smaller polulation,fewer economic and lower synergistic cooperation than other citys domestic and foreign.The weak radiation role of the central city,a weak comprehensive strength of other cities in the metropolitan agglomeration and other shortcomings still exist.Therefore,there are important theoretical and practical significance to explore and summarize the problems and difficult situation in Shenyang metropolitan agglomeration,to find out strategies to help the Shenyang metropolitan agglomeration and others in China.This thesis will start a research on Shenyang metropolitan agglomeration,processes the data on the economic and social development level,evaluates by the core-indicators of the high-quality development evaluation system.Also,We will compare Shenyang with Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta,focus on the comparative advantages and shortcomings.Therefore,we can sort out the problems and difficulties.With the topics above,with the applying of the synergy and regional collaborative governance theory,make some suggestions for the future development,such like convenient public services,ecological environment protection,optimizing business environment,etc.It is hoped that this paper can provide useful reference for Shenyang metropolitan agglomeration,can make a good proof of the exploration of similar issues for cross-administrative metropolitan agglomerations governance.
