Research On Community Service Of Indemnificatory Housing In Shenyang

Community services are directly related to people’s livelihood issues.Research on community services for affordable housing is based on policy regulations on how to provide community services for affordable housing and old housing in old residential areas.The above two types of residential areas are collectively referred to as affordable housing.The paper aims to improve the quality of community services by studying the community services of affordable housing,in order to assist the low-income residents living in affordable housing in achieving better quality of life.The paper analyzes the community service issues of affordable housing in Shenyang city through literature research and survey research methods.The research is based on the new public service theory and welfare pluralism theory.Through descriptive research,the current situation of community service is analyzed.Through on-site investigation,the current situation of community service and residents’ community service needs of affordable housing are understood.Through explanatory research,the deep-seated reasons for the community service issues of affordable housing in Shenyang were explained.Through Exploratory research,five countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,including providing basic life services,meeting residents’ life needs,establishing a community of interests,stimulating endogenous power,improving welfare service policies,and promoting the participation of social forces.Through research,it is expected to have certain reference significance for improving the quality of community services in affordable housing.
