Research On China’s Affordable Housing System From The Perspective Of Equalization Of Basic Public Services

Housing is the basic condition of human existence.Over the years,China has solved the problem of basic housing for tens of thousands of people by implementing an efficient supply of basic housing through a progressive system of affordable housing.In the 21 st century,socialism with Chinese characteristics has ushered in a new era,and people’s basic needs for housing have undergone earth-shaking changes.With the inclusion of housing security into China’s basic public service system,it is a new challenge for the affordable housing system to effectively ensure that people can get basic housing relatively equally and realize the equalization of housing services in the new era.While the party and the government are strengthening projects and building social infrastructure to improve people’s well-being,they also need to do more to benefit and facilitate the people and ensure the bottom line of people’s livelihood.At present,the urgent task of China’s affordable housing system is to ensure the balance between "efficiency" and "fairness".By analyzing the theory,sorting out the evolution,finding problems and optimizing the writing order of suggestions,makes an in-depth study of the development status of low-income housing in China,and specifically discusses the non-equality problems existing in the low-income housing system.This paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part explains the concept definition and theoretical basis of the affordable housing system and the equalization of basic public services,and discusses the analytical logic and dimensions of this paper.The second part expounds the constitution and evolution of China’s affordable housing system.The third part is based on the public service equalization perspective,from three dimensions of China’s affordable housing system of inequality phenomenon.The last part is to adapt to the current development of China,adhere to the concept of public service,reasonable optimization of China’s affordable housing system,to achieve everyone to share the fruits of social and economic development.
