| With the continues rapid development of China’s national economy,people’s dwelling environment and living standards have been significantly enhanced,and housing costs have grown dramatically since the reform and opening-up.However,with the rapid growth of housing prices,residents’ incomes have not increased significantly due to the inflation,which has undoubtedly become more difficult for people with low incomes to buy a house.They not only have to face the rise in prices brought about by inflation,but also have to bear the gradual increase in housing loans.The contradiction between the rapid growth of housing prices and the slow growth of residents’ income has gradually deepened,and the housing problem has become increasingly serious.As one of the most influential financial centers in China,Pudong New Area receives a large population of immigrants every year.The limited land is in sharp contrast with the increasing population,making the housing problem more seriously.This article analyzes the implementation,the results achieved and the main problems in the construction process of indemnificatory housing in Shanghai Pudong New Area,and puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the theory of new public management,this article uses survey questionnaire method,interview method and other main research methods to sort out the implementation of indemnificatory housing in Pudong New Area,and discuss the results of its construction.Combining with the questionnaires and face-to-face interviews,this article will conduct the research on household needs and satisfaction,comprehensively analyze its current situation and unreasonable areas,and give suggestions to improve the management system and mechanism provide theoretical guidance and policy basis for the families with low incomes.The current problems are: 1.Incomplete supporting facilities;2.Lax qualification review;3.Insufficient supply of indemnificatory housing;4.Incomplete community management system and services.The reasons for the above problems are analyzed,and finally the countermeasures and suggestions to deal with these problems are put forward,mainly including the following points: 1.To improve the indemnificatory housing policy system;2.To improve the effective supply system of indemnificatory housing;3.To improve community management System and service.The article analyzes the implementation,problems and causes of indemnificatory housing in Pudong New Area in order to further improve the housing conditions of low-income residents. |
