Along with the proposal of "service-oriented government",meanwhile, citizens’ consciousness of participating in politics is also improving, the government begins to focus on the public subject,to provide the satisfying government public services.Although the country has made some achievements in improving the quality of public services, the imbalance of public service resources in various places, especially between urban and rural areas, has become prominent. Our country has been following the development path of urbanization and industrialization. The allocation of various social resources mainly focuses on urban space and economy, while rural areas are located in marginal areas, which leads to excessive disparities between urban and rural areas in terms of economic level, infrastructure construction, and supporting public service systems.Existing studies have shown that many factors affect the satisfaction level of public service satisfaction. Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the impact mechanism and improvement path of urban and rural public service satisfaction from multiple levels of factors.Based on the review of relevant literature on public service satisfaction at home and abroad, this study proposes the factors that may cause differences in public service satisfaction from the perspectives of individuals, society and government from the perspective of urban and rural areas, and makes relevant assumptions.Based on the national sample data of the China Comprehensive Social Survey(CGSS2015),an orderly logistic regression analysis was conducted after screening the required variables, and the assumptions made above were verified based on the regression analysis results. Finally, the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method fs QCA software was used to construct different combinations of factors affecting urban and rural public service satisfaction and the following conclusions were obtained.Residents’ economic level, residents’ political participation, social happiness, social trust, sufficiency and balance of public service resources can effectively elevate the upgradation of public service satisfaction of urban and rural government satisfaction.Political status has a significant impact on rural residents, but has no impact on urban residents, while family economic level has a more significant impact on rural residents.Residents’ political participation has a greater impact on cities. The improvement of urban residents’ satisfaction of public services can be realized through four ways: "looking-economy-balance" leading,"looking-happiness-sufficiency" leading,"looking-participation-sufficiency" leading, and "looking-economy-equilibrium-happiness" leading.Rural residents’ satisfaction of public service can be improved through five ways: "features-sufficiency","features-economy-balance","features-happy-balance","features-participation-happiness",and "features-economy-happiness" leading.Based on this, the paper proposes to improve the construction of rural public service facilities, increasing rural financial investment, building urban community service projects, rationally allocating urban public service resources, and expanding the construction of the Party team.It aims to provide decision-making basis for enhancing the construction of government public services.
