Study On The Public Service Supply Of "15-Minute Community Living Circle" In Wuxi City

With the people’s increasing needs for a better life,public services at the grass-roots level have achieved initial success in wide coverage and equalization,in recent years,all localities are actively exploring new models of grass-roots community governance,and strive to build a service-oriented government.Wuxi is accelerating the development of a service-oriented government.This study will start from the grass-roots streets and communities,in-depth understanding of the grass-roots staff and residents of the real evaluation of the masses,to help "15-minute community life circle" optimization of public service supply,it is of great practical significance to improve the public service supply of community space.In this paper,we use the methods of investigation,literature research and interview to take L Street in Wuxi as an example,this paper makes an in-depth study on the public service supply of“15-minute community life circle” from the aspects of the supply subject,the supply content,the supply mode and the supply effect,etc.,it is found that there are some problems,such as the role of grass-roots forces in the main body of supply,the imbalance between supply and demand in the content of supply,the imperfect system construction and modernization support in the mode of supply,and the insufficient participation of residents in the effect of supply.Based on the actual situation,this paper puts forward the problems and analyzes the causes,and puts forward the path of optimizing the supply of public services in Wuxi’s “15-minute community life circle”.Firstly,we should promote the participation of diversified subjects in the supply of public services,strengthen the construction of the talent team and strengthen the main suppliers,secondly,we should improve the quality of the supply of community public services and fully mobilize social resources,to diversify the content of public service supply,we need to change traditional thinking,enhance the attractiveness of service supply,speed up the construction of information systems and promote the re-upgrading of supply platforms.Finally,we need to strengthen the participation of residents,the establishment of public service supply assessment incentive mechanism to improve the supply effect.
