A New Path Of Grassroots Social Governance In Y County

Grassroots social governance is an important cornerstone of national governance.Strengthening grassroots social governance is of great significance to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.Grassroots social governance is the foundation and focus of social governance,and the promotion of grassroots social governance requires the participation of multiple subjects.In order to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of the masses to participate in the construction of peace,starting from the most basic social cell-family,guiding the masses to further attach importance to the rule of law and integrity work,and creating a social governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,Y County carried out the creation project of’ Peace Credit Family ’.The theoretical basis used in this paper is the theory of collaborative governance and the theory of citizen participation.With the research methods of immersion observation,interview and case analysis,combined with the author ’s work experience in the creation project of ’ Peaceful Credit Family ’ in Y County,through the analysis of the governance effect of the layout stage,promotion stage and integration stage of the creation project of ’Peaceful Credit Family ’ in Y County from 2020 to 2022,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the new path of innovative governance with family as the main body participating in grassroots social governance,and explores and improves this new path of grassroots social governance.The first innovation of this paper is that the new path of ’ safe credit family ’ governance is an innovative social governance project in Y County,which is at the forefront of the country and has important research significance.Secondly,the new path of ’ Peaceful Credit Family ’ to create governance is an innovative governance method based on ’ family ’ as the basic unit,and the research perspective of grassroots social governance is relatively new.The research shows that the creation project of ’ Peaceful Credit Family ’ in Y County has made outstanding achievements in promoting development,maintaining stability,benefiting people ’s livelihood,and promoting social integrity.At the same time,there are also problems such as inadequate policy formulation and implementation,government ’s sweeping,low enthusiasm for mass participation,and untimely information feedback.The main reasons for these problems are insufficient government research work,lack of professional talents,inadequate policy publicity and lack of long-term mechanism.In order to ensure the governance effect of the ’ Peaceful Credit Family ’ creation project,specific problems should be analyzed in detail.Starting from the causes of the problems,the innovative governance path should be further improved,and the path should be improved by strengthening policy construction and implementation,strengthening talent team construction,enhancing publicity and improving the continuity of policies.
