| Now performance appraisal is not only used in enterprises,but also widely used in government departments.The improvement of government administrative efficiency cannot be separated from effective performance appraisal of civil servants.Performance appraisal can strengthen the incentive and supervision role of government departments,and is also of great benefit to the realization of scientific,institutionalized and standardized government management.The market supervision and management system is an important part of the civil service.In the context of institutional reform,the market supervision and management system,as a newly established government department,has more functions,more extensive functions and more complex personnel composition than other government departments,which brings greater challenges to the daily performance appraisal.Some problems have also been found in the actual work of performance appraisal of civil servants in the market supervision system of T City,which affects the improvement of the efficiency of market supervision.The text adopts the literature research method,case study method and questionnaire survey method to carry out the research on the performance appraisal of civil servants in the field of the market supervision system of T City,with the purpose of optimizing the current performance appraisal work.First,it describes the background and significance of the research,briefly summarizes the theoretical research on performance appraisal of civil servants at home and abroad,and introduces relevant concepts and basic theories.Second,based on the basic situation of the personnel and institutions of the market supervision system in T City,we found the problems in the system through the questionnaire,especially in the aspects of assessment indicators,assessment methods and application of assessment results.Thirdly,the reasons for the problems are analyzed in detail,mainly including the complexity of the responsibilities of the market supervision posts,the particularity of the personnel of the reorganization unit,the imperfect assessment mechanism,and the lack of attention to the personnel’s thoughts.Finally,according to the description of the current situation of the assessment and the analysis of the problems,the optimization suggestions are put forward from five aspects: establishing the correct assessment concept,improving the content of the assessment indicators,innovating the assessment methods,making good use of the assessment results,and improving the security mechanism. |
