| As a professional and helpful profession,social work has its incomparable advantages and functions.Social work uses its socialized and professional methods and skills to make up for the lack of government social management and public services to a large extent.Children are one of the most important service targets of social work,so children’s social work is one of the most important service areas of social work.Social work can work according to the developmental characteristics and needs of children,so as to promote the physical and mental health of children and adapt to social life.The Work Committee is an important mass work organization for the development of children’s work in our country.Its purpose is to care,educate,and cultivate the healthy growth of young people and children.It is the bridge and link between the party and the government to connect young people and children.There are some problems in the work process of the D village committee,such as serious formalism and lack of work ability of the team members,which leads to the failure to meet the needs of children’s individualization and continuity.This article is based on the study of social work intervention in the practice of the D Village Committee in Nan’an City,and discusses the practice of social work intervention in the Village Committee.The solution is how social workers can intervene in the work of the Committee after they are stationed in the village.How to play a role in the work committee,how to improve the working ability of the "five old" comrades,and how to work with the work committee to provide services for rural children.In the process of contacting the D village committee,the author learned about the work status of the village committee and its shortcomings,summarized the needs of the village committee,and discussed the feasibility of social work intervening in the D village committee.Necessity to be analyzed.Therefore,the concepts and methods of social work can be integrated into the work of the Committee on Work.In order to determine the intervention plan,first use the group work method to intervene in the "five old" comrades to improve the work ability of the "five old" comrades;secondly,use the community work method to intervene in the work committee to improve the villagers’ relationship with each other.The awareness of the work committee;finally,the social work and the work committee work together to provide services for children.The intervention of social work in the work of the Work Committee has achieved good results,but there are still some shortcomings,such as insufficient professionalism of social workers,excessive intervention in rural communities,and insufficient functioning.This requires social workers to continuously strengthen their own Practical ability,fully motivate the enthusiasm of service targets and make achievements to allow rural communities to delegate powers reasonably. |
