Research On Intelligent Public Service Construction Of Chongqing Library

It is clearly stated in the Public Library Law of the People’s Republic of China in2018 that public libraries are an important part of the construction of a modern public cultural service system,assume the important responsibilities of providing knowledge and information,serving the whole people’s reading and building a scholarly society,and are the core carrier and key tool for the country to promote the construction of a strong cultural country.Public libraries should focus on developing digital reading products and providing preservation digital resources so that public libraries can provide public cultural services for the masses with more advanced technology.Based on the perspective of public service,this paper discusses the characteristics of the digitalization and networking of reading resources and data management in Chongqing Library,the coordination and extension of library space services,and the universality and popularity of library cultural activities;This paper probes into the public service system of Chongqing Library from the perspectives of survey statistics,literature analysis,model establishment,comparative research,etc;From the perspective of user needs and user feelings,using the relevant principles of management,focusing on the optimization and innovation of intelligent public services of Chongqing Library,the library audience can have both humanized and personalized experiences,and better serve the general readers and audiences.The first part mainly describes the background and significance of the topic,combs and summarizes relevant domestic and foreign literature,and introduces the research content,methods,ideas and characteristics.The second part analyzes the relevant concepts;theoretical basis and theoretical reference of library intelligent public service construction,and discusses the relevance of theoretical guidance analysis in the paper.The third part describes the current situation of intelligent public service construction of Chongqing Library,including the existing model,framework system,service content and characteristics.The fourth part makes an empirical investigation on the intelligent public service construction of Chongqing Library by selecting the readers and staff of Chongqing Library as the research objects,and adopts the methods of interview and questionnaire survey to explore the operation effect of the intelligent public service construction of Chongqing Library.The fifth part,based on the survey data and interview information in the fourth part,puts forward the difficulties and reasons faced by the intelligent public service construction of Chongqing Library.The sixth part,aiming at the difficulties and reasons summarized in the fifth part,aims at starting from the importance and urgency of building a modern public cultural service system,focusing on the research of intelligent public service construction of Chongqing Library,and proposing specific and effective solutions.The seventh part is a summary of the conclusions and expectations for the future.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: the degree of data application,openness and sharing is relatively low,the awareness and concept of intelligent public services are backward,and the construction and development of intelligent public services are facing bottlenecks.The reasons for these difficulties are that the functions of the intelligent public service technology platform are not perfect,the intelligent public service management mechanism is not perfect,and the intelligent public services are lack of planning and policy support,Finally,the specific path to optimize the intelligent public service construction of Chongqing Library is proposed,which mainly includes:first,strengthening the technical system construction of intelligent public service,including the construction of "intelligence+people" and "space extension",second,improving the management mechanism of intelligent public service construction,and third,strengthening the safeguard measures of intelligent public service construction.At the micro level,it can provide strategic reference,suggestions and inspiration for public libraries to improve the construction mode of intelligent public services,reveal the significance of the existence of future libraries,and effectively meet the cultural needs and cultural rights of the surrounding people;At the macro level,exploring the safeguard measures that the government can provide has certain reference and reference significance for accelerating the construction of modern public cultural service system as a whole and promoting the realization of national cultural governance goals.
