A Study On Smart Community Elderly Service In Hefei

With the increasing speed of the population ageing and the increasing pressure of family pension,the traditional family pension and institutional pension can not meet the individual needs of the elderly.The community-based intelligent pension service can alleviate the pressure brought by the population ageing.The community-based intelligent pension service has not completely deviated from the traditional pension model,the support of family support and community support for the aged is still needed,as well as the intelligentization and specialization of the old-age service through Internet Information Technology,which brings new possibilities for the elderly to enjoy the rich and varied old-age service.In addition,Anhui province is trying to build network infrastructure construction in areas such as intelligent buildings,intelligent parking lots and so on,with internet of things intelligent terminal equipment as the core,at the same time,the application of intelligent terminal products such as intelligent robot,intelligent monitor,intelligent home and intelligent medical treatment in the construction of intelligent community will be strengthened,which provides a platform for the development of Community Intelligent Pension Service.Therefore,in the context of the tremendous pressure brought by the population ageing and the development of the Anhui provincial government’s policy to support the Smart Pension Service,and on the basis of the existing research,based on the theories of meta-governance,social embeddedness,welfare pluralism,and on-the-spot investigation and analysis,this paper probes into the problems and countermeasures of the development of smart elderly care service in Hefei community,with a view to better promote the development of intelligent community elderly services,and contribute to the development of intelligent community elderly services in Hefei.This paper focuses on the intelligent old-age service of Linhu community and FANGXING community in Hefei,through field research,we found that Hefei community intelligent pension service has the advantages of intelligence,convenience and Higher Life Happiness Index for the elderly,however,it is also found that there are some problems such as the difficulty of using the equipment,the cognitive deviation,the poor infrastructure and the weak embeddedness of social organizations in the intelligent elderly service in Hefei.Combining the domestic and international situation of Community Wisdom Pension Service practice,this paper puts forward some optimized measures such as strengthening the continuing education of the aged,changing the cognition of the Age’s intelligent old-age service,perfecting the infrastructure of the community’s intelligent old-age service,strengthening the embedding strength of the social organization,and strengthening the leading role of the government.This paper focuses on the intelligent old-age service of Linhu community and FANGXING community in Hefei,through field research,we find that Hefei community intelligent pension service has the advantages of intellectualization,convenience and Higher Happiness Index,however,difficulty problems were also found such as the difficulty of using the equipment,the cognitive deviation,the poor infrastructure and the weak embeddedness of social organizations in the intelligent elderly service in Hefei.Combining the domestic and international situation of Community Wisdom Pension Service practice,the author puts forward some optimizing measures such as strengthening the continuing education of the aged,changing the cognition of the Aged’s intelligent old-age service,perfecting the infrastructure of the community’s intelligent old-age service,strengthening the embedding strength of the social organization and strengthening the leading role of the government.
