| With the advent of the Internet era,artificial intelligence,big data,AI technology,cloud computing,blockchain,and 5G technology have gradually developed into mature industries in various fields.As the core subject of social governance,the public security organ is also an important member of the diversified solution of contradictions and disputes.With the continuous development of society,social conflicts are becoming more complex,diversified,intense and difficult to resolve,which puts forward higher requirements for public security organs to resolve conflicts and disputes.In the context of intelligent policing,public security organs,especially grass-roots police stations,still have certain weaknesses in resolving conflicts and disputes.This thesis,taking Police Station C at the grass-roots level as an example,uses digital governance theory and holistic governance theory,combined with questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods to investigate the current situation of the resolution of conflicts and disputes in Police Station C,explore the problems in Police Station C’s use of intelligent policing to resolve conflicts and disputes,analyze the causes of the problems and propose path optimization countermeasures.This study shows that the problems of police station C in using intelligent policing to resolve conflicts and disputes are manifested in the lack of overall planning of intelligent policing dispute resolution platform,the imperfect management mechanism of dispute resolution team,and the lack of dispute resolution ability.On this basis,this thesis proposes targeted countermeasures from three aspects: first,strengthen the top-level design and overall planning of platform construction;second,develop a scientific and reasonable incentive and supervision and assessment mechanism;third,strengthen legal knowledge learning and training. |
