Study On The Model Of Smart Community Policing

Community policing has been playing an important role in grassroots social governance in China.Under the circumstance of the period of big data,the rise of smart policing has shown specific advantages compared with the traditional community policing model.The intellectualized of police service not only brings new challenges,but also brings the convenience of solving new problems.As the driving force of police work,smart policing has been successfully launched.Based on practical exploration in reality,smart community policing has become a new choice of policing under the condition of the period of big data.The mature and effective theories of community policing also provide a practical direction for the construction of smart community policing model.Under the guidance of smart policing,the public security organs continue practicing and exploring the new model of smart community policing,thus it naturally becomes the "accelerator" to realize the new effectiveness of community policing in the construction of the police operation model.In this process,the public security organs also take advantage of the situation and follow the trend.Through unremitting efforts,many factors that affect the work effect under the traditional community policing conditions can be adjusted and improved by the smart community policing,and the appearance and operation mode of the smart community policing model are becoming clearer and clearer.This paper will show the construction of the smart community policing model from the following four aspects: target,guidance,mechanism and system.It has been clear ab out the goal of building the model of smart community policing is to promote the inte lligence of grass-roots public security governance;Predictive policing is the construction o rientation of the smart community policing model;The construction mechanism of the sm art community policing model must meet the requirements of the establishment and impr ovement of intelligent prevention and research and judgment mechanism,data and infor mation sharing mechanism,precise strike prevention and control mechanism,scientific ev aluation and management mechanism and other elements.The architecture of the smart co mmunity policing model needs to be based on some basic layers,which are the data laye r,the support layer,the application layer and the user layer.The construction effect of the smart community policing model is verified through the practice of normalization and n on-normalization of the smart community policing mode.According to the normal pattern of intelligent community policing practice mode,the practical operation and operation st ate of F sub-bureau are selected.The abnormal pattern of smart community policing pra ctice mode is the operation and effectiveness way of the Covie-19 and the epidemic situ ation.The practice of smart community policing construction and its test in operation not only prove that the intelligent means of community policing is effective and full of sta mina,but also prove that it can not be separated.As the logical development sequence of any other police innovations are consisted,there are also some difficulties in the practice of smart community policing.During the practical and explorational period,how to face up to the problems and adapt to the new requirements are the key points in the development of smart community policing,this paper also puts forward personal opinions on the perfection and optimization path of the model of smart community policing.Smart community policing is not only a part of intelligent policing,but also a new expectation of the public to the grass-roots public security organs in the new era.It is the trend to build smart community policing.It not only promotes the reform of grass-roots policing,but also promotes the continuous improvement of grass-roots governance level.
