Research On My Country’s Labor Security Supervision And Law Enforcement System

The issue of labor disputes is an important social issue.With the rapid development of the economy,a large number of labor relations have emerged,and resolving disputes between workers and employers has become one of the key social issues in various countries(regions).As an independent legal system,labor inspection is an important compulsory means for the state to safeguard the rights and interests of laborers.The labor security supervision system can not only effectively ensure the compliance and implementation of labor standards,but also truly prevent labor violations from the source,prevent problems before they occur,and reduce labor disputes.However,the labor security supervision system has been weak in punishing labor violations in the development process of our country,and has failed to play an effective role in preventing labor violations.As a result,when the rights and interests of laborers are infringed,most of them can only choose the labor dispute settlement mechanism.This article focuses on analyzing the current law enforcement status of the labor inspection system in my country,and at the same time,according to the application and regulations of the labor inspection system in other countries(regions),it proposes a discussion on the improvement of the labor system in our country.The first paragraph of this article focuses on the current status of the labor inspection system in my country.At this stage,my country is gradually paying more attention to the labor inspection system,and the law enforcement basis for labor inspection is perfect.At the same time,a professional labor inspection law enforcement team has been established,and the influence of labor inspection law enforcement Become stronger.And in the labor inspection department,labor inspection law enforcement is gradually standardized,focusing on mediation to resolve disputes.In my country,labor inspection and law enforcement are developing continuously.The second paragraph of this paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in my country’s labor security supervision and law enforcement,and analyzes the problems of inaccurate functional positioning of labor inspection departments,lack of active law enforcement,anomalous law enforcement behavior,and slow law enforcement efficiency in my country’s supervision and law enforcement.The third paragraph of this paper mainly studies the systems of other countries and regions,studies the law enforcement systems of the labor inspection system in Japan,the United States and Chinese Macao,and summarizes and analyzes the enlightenment of the labor inspection systems in other countries and regions to my country.The fourth paragraph of this paper puts forward suggestions on the improvement of my country’s labor inspection system,analyzes the proper positioning of labor inspection system in my country,proposes the law enforcement system and active law enforcement of my country’s labor inspection system,strengthens the active law enforcement of my country’s labor inspection department,and puts forward reasonable Opinion.
