Research To Improve The Service Efficiency Of The Comprehensive Window Of District B Government Service Center In W City

With the advent of the era of globalization,informationization and knowledge economy,the subject of government administrative efficiency has attracted the attention of governments of all the country.With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the in-depth promotion of the modernization of governance system and governance capacity,China pays more attention to the construction of government administrative efficiency.In May 2018,the central office and the State Council Office jointly issued the guidance on further promoting the convenience of examination and approval services.At present,the construction of administrative service efficiency of local governments has become a social trend.Because China has gradually established a market economy,the economy has achieved breakthrough and rapid development.The construction of government administrative efficiency has become the focus of social attention.B District of W city is the main city zone of W city.In recent years,it has conscientiously implemented the decision making arrangements at the national,provincial and municipal levels,and promoted the development of high quality around the optimization of business environment,and promoted the reform of "letting off service" and "not meeting approval".The work of "comprehensive window" and "Internet plus government affairs service" has achieved some success,but it is eager to deepen the "discharge service" with the masses of enterprises.There is still a certain gap compared with the requirements of reform.It is very necessary to study the comprehensive window reform of District B government service center in w City.The full text includes seven sections.The first chapter is the preface and take literature review from both domestic and foreign perspectives.Based on the former thinking and research,this paper introduces the research methods and contents of this paper.The second part is about the overview and basic theory description of the comprehensive window,further introduces the basic connotation of the comprehensive efficiency and window service,and analyzes the evaluation results of the comprehensive window service efficiency of the government affairs center.At the same time,it gives the research theories of this paper,which are new public service theory,seamless government affairs theory and government performance evaluation theory.The third part is the practice of the comprehensive window reform of District B government service center in w City.Firstly,it introduces the background of the comprehensive window reform in District B of w City from four aspects: the approval process,the construction of government service network,the three concentration of matters and the construction of service hall,and then introduces the reform content and results respectively.The fourth part is the investigation and analysis of the comprehensive window service efficiency in District B of W city.The comprehensive window reform service efficiency is divided into three parts: the first is the evaluation of the comprehensive window service efficiency,the second is the customer satisfaction survey,and the third is the construction of the organization system.The data sources and survey methods are defined respectively,and finally the results are obtained.The fifth chapter is the deficiency and reason analysis of the comprehensive window service efficiency of District B government service center in w City.The fifth chapter analyzes the deficiencies and causes of the comprehensive window service efficiency of the government affairs service center in District B of W City.The deficiencies mainly include: first,the approval process still needs to be simplified;second,the service consciousness needs to be improved;third,there are drawbacks in the system construction.The reasons are also analyzed from four aspects: first,the lag of administrative idea,second,the inertia of administrative system,third,the limited administrative resources,and fourth,the absence of supervision system.The sixth part is the improvement path of comprehensive window service efficiency of government affairs service center in District B of W City.This paper first analyzes the successful experience of integrated window service in Beijing,Shanghai and Ningbo,and then puts forward four suggestions: first,change the administrative concept,second,perfect the examination and approval process,third,enrich the administrative resources,and fourth is to improve the supervision mechanism.The last part is the conclusion and prospect.The shortcomings of this paper are: due to the lack of professional theoretical research at home and abroad,there is a lack of content in the combination of theory and practice,and there is a lack of ability in the sublimation and summary of theory.The innovation lies in: by working at the front line of the window and directly contacting the masses,we can understand the real needs of the masses for the comprehensive window service of the government service center and the plight of the grass-roots staff,and then
