With the development of urban communities and the growth of the population of community residents,the content of community work is constantly expanding,which puts forward higher requirements for community workers and their functions and work in the new era,new environment and new situation.Although community workers have become an indispensable part of community governance,community workers choose to leave the community worker team either because of their own problems or because of the community management mechanism.The loss of community workers not only adds pressure to grassroots social governance,but also brings new challenges to community governance in the absence of human resources.From the perspective of practice,most of the lost community workers are unaffiliated personnel,and the fundamental reason for their choice of leaving is that there are significant differences between them and the affiliated community workers in terms of salary and welfare,job position and labor intensity.In addition to low wages and benefits,poor jobs and high labor load and intensity form a serious psychological sense of injustice,which is a sense of relative deprivation.Under the psychological effect of this sense of relative deprivation,many unaffiliated community workers choose to quit their jobs,which inevitably lead to the loss of community workers.Based on this,this study community worker erosion problem as the research object,combined with the theory of relative deprivation,Y area S street community in Shanghai as a case,the present situation and the construction of the community worker team personnel loss through analyzing problems and reasons,and puts forward some solutions for community worker erosion problem,aims to effectively protect and promote community worker team construction.On the one hand,it analyzes and studies the outflow of community workers and its main causes,and then puts forward some targeted countermeasures to improve the management status of community workers and retain all kinds of talents needed for community governance,so as to provide sufficient conditions and necessary foundation for promoting and guaranteeing the construction of community workers.On the other hand,the research on the team construction of community workers in Y District of Shanghai not only provides some reference for the team construction of community workers in other places,but also helps the competent government departments to attach importance to and strengthen the team of community workers.
