| Since the 18thNational Congress of CPC,the Central Committee of CPC with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core has been taking measures in anti-corruption and style construction.The combat of anti-corruption has got an overwhelming success,and the political ecosystem has been improved continuously.On the year of 2017,the 19thNational Congress of CPC decided to reform the state supervision system,with the action of establish supervision committee in state,provincial,municipal and district level government.This action of reform puts all public administrators under supervision.With the continuous combat against corruption and reform of the supervision system,the Party members and the masses are more willing to take part in the combat,they choose the“Letters and Visits in Organs of Discipline Inspection and Supervision”（LVODIS）as the main method of joining the combat.The annual amount of LVODIS around the country has been growing from 1950.3K（2013）to 3862K（2021）,and the case clues come from LVODIS has been growing from 345K（2013）to 1862K（2021）.During the same period,the amount of Party members and public administrators punished by the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Organs has been growing from 182K（2013）to 638K（2021）.Meanwhile,the rapid growth of amount of LVODIS and establishment of“all-covered”supervision system has brought some problems to the LVODIS system.The problems are more obvious in the district level Discipline Inspection and Supervision Organ than other levels.In order to make better use of LVODIS,this thesis takes the LVODIS of Y disctrict as research basis,try to summarize the problems of LVODIS of Y district via method of literature research and questionnaire.With all these analyze,this paper comes with conclusion that,the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Organ of Y district should take action in improving mechanism,process optimization,raising public awareness and building better staff matrix. |
