Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Discipline Inspection And Supervision Letters And Visits In M County Of Inner Mongolia

In recent years,the Party Central Committee has been strengthening its anti-corruption efforts and continuously setting new records.In order to fully realize that people dare not commit corruption,cannot commit corruption and do not want to commit corruption,the state has proposed to change the current supervision system and mechanism,actively promote the reform of supervision in China,and effectively achieve the full coverage of self-supervision and mass supervision.After the reform of supervision system,the scope of acceptance of the discipline inspection and supervision commissions at all levels has been expanded,the objects of supervision have increased,the enthusiasm of the mass for anticorruption work has been rising,the number of complaints and visits has continued to grow,and the problem of disorderly letters and visits has become normal.As an important way of citizen participation,the discipline inspection and supervision of letters and visits is facing new problems and challenges.This paper applies the theory of social safety valve,the theory of citizen participation.To M county commission for discipline inspection,focus on new changes in complaint reporting before and after reform of supervisory system,by the letters and the current system,the complaint reporting handling office operation mechanism,letter-inquiring-and-accusing data contrast analysis.Find out the M county new problems after the reform of disciplinary inspection and supervision system,mainly including the frequent occurrence of unordered petition,the low case rate of complaint reporting clues,the heavy pressure of complaint reporting work,the low level of comprehensive analysis of complaint reporting,and the insufficient role of "safety valve" of complaint reporting.Then,from the mass thought understanding,the current system mechanism,the system reform,the letter and visit analysis attention degree,the letter and visit petition function of the five aspects reasons for the problems.In order to effectively play the role in disciplinary inspection and supervision of letters and visits,accurate policies should be adopted.This paper come up with five feasible countermeasures,which are suitable for the actual work of discipline inspection and supervision in M county of Inner Mongolia,including improving the working mechanism,improving the quality of the work,strengthening the comprehensive analysis of complaint reporting,promoting the construction of cadres and standardize the order of complaint reporting.Take the initiative to adapt to the requirements of complaint reporting after the supervision reform,improve the ability of complaint reporting work,and increasing the satisfaction and trust rate of the mass,so as to give a reference for the work of discipline inspection,supervision and complaint reporting in county and city.
