Since the 21 st century,the occurrence of several major food safety accidents,prompting the Chinese government attaches great importance to food safety,food safety supervision is gradually entering the field of view of the masses.Economic development of the city as a political frontier,food safety supervision following in the footsteps of national policy,there are adequate human,material and financial resources to support the construction of food safety supervision mechanism more effective to deal with emergency food safety incidents;located in rural marginalized areas,large number of food markets,small-scale,scattered layout,food safety regulatory system is relatively backward,and often overlooked,thus enhancing food safety supervision in rural market is not only an important part of building a new socialist countryside,but also solve the "Three rural issues" basic requirements.In order to ensure that people’s food safety laws and regulations related to this change as the reality of the situation,constantly revised and updated.The new implementation of the 2015 "Food Safety Law" will be a lot of new ideas,new conclusions into China’s food safety supervision mechanism,and constantly improve and perfect the food safety regulatory regions.Thirteen Five more are planned in the food industry for the first time introduced the concept of social cohabitation,the multi-force into food safety regulatory activities,the formation of "everyone involved,everyone is trying,everyone sharing" cohabitation pattern,a move for food the smooth development of safety supervision work has a significant meaning.This thesis is to study selected food safety supervision in rural markets,five towns in Henan Mianchi County as an example,leads to food safety supervision in rural market problems,to explore the rural market food safety supervision mechanism,focusing on co-governance model deepening and development.On the basis of the government to improve the regulatory mechanism,strengthen the food industry self-regulation,social intermediary organizations to play a coordinating role,to encourage the active participation of the villagers,and strengthen public opinion,so as to practice in rural areas of social cohabitation food market concept.Social cohabitation sound and development is conducive to purify the rural food market,increase farmers’ confidence in the food safety and trust in the grassroots government departments,government regulatory burdens,but also help reassure the farmers to buy food,to drive the rural market consumption,and promote the rural economy and good and fast development.
