| The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and the "comprehensive and strict governance of the party" is also facing a new situation.On the one hand,the anti-corruption struggle went from stalemate to overwhelming until victory.On the other hand,the situation is still grim and complex and cannot be relaxed."If the foundation is not strong,the earth will shake and the mountains will shake".Strengthening the construction of Party style and clean government is both critical and important.It is the top priority to maintain the construction of the party and political power.The construction of grass-roots party style and clean government is not only the foundation of everything,but also an important content of grass-roots organization construction.Taking the construction of Party style and clean government in D County as the research object,this paper studies the actual operation,exposed problems and solutions in the construction of grass-roots party style and clean government through case analysis,literature research and statistical description.Firstly,this paper combs the current international and domestic research results on the construction of a clean and honest government at the grass-roots level,and expounds the basic concepts of the construction of a clean and honest government at the grass-roots level,the responsibility system for the construction of a clean and honest government and social evaluation.Secondly,through the comparison of evaluation data for several consecutive years,this paper discusses the ideological action,publicity and guidance,publicity and publicity,problem rectification and other issues in the construction of a clean and honest government in D county,Thirdly,it analyzes the reasons for the lack of main responsibility,ineffective supervision responsibility,inappropriate system and mechanism,passivation of talent team and so on.Finally,this paper proposes that D county should further improve its party style and clean government construction in the aspects of carrying out the standardized construction of Party style and clean government,strengthening the publicity and education of Party style and clean government,strengthening the talent team of Party style and clean government,and deepening the style construction. |
