Research On Mass Satisfaction Of Grass-roots Discipline Inspection And Supervision Organs In Supervising Village Affairs

The basic interest of rural residents is mainly focused on village issues.How the discipline inspection and supervision organs effectively play a supervisory role in village affairs,make full use of their own strength to shoulder responsibilities,is a subject worthy of exploration and research.Therefore,through the analysis of grass-roots discipline inspection and supervision organs’ satisfaction,then evaluating whether the supervision function is effectively played according to the results,we will find the deficiencies,put forward suggestions for improvement by analyzing the causes and combining with the actual situation,and take actions to improve the satisfaction,it is of great significance to make the supervision of grass-roots discipline inspection play a better supervisory role.This paper mainly studies the mass satisfaction of village-level affairs supervised by grassroots discipline inspection and supervision organs,which contains six chapters.The first chapter mainly recommends exploring the background ect.The second chapter explains theoretical terms,which can provide theoretical support for the following better analysis of mass satisfaction.The third chapter is theoretical analysis about the masses’ satisfaction evaluation,which study village-level affairs supervised by grassroots discipline inspection and supervision organs,constructs the index system ect.The fourth chapter evaluate the satisfaction of the discipline inspection and supervision organ of H county supervises village affairs,after introducing the supervision of village affairs by the discipline inspection and supervision organ of H county,and then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate,then use analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the weight,thus The satisfaction result will more fit the actual situation.The fifth chapter summarizes the suggestions on improving people’s satisfaction through the above analysis.The sixth chapter makes a summary and outlook.This paper through research the satisfaction of supervising village affairs,finds out the parts to be improved,and puts forward good suggestions.Combined with the actual situation of H county about discipline inspection authority supervision to village affairs,this paper put forward Suggestions,improving supervision methods,focusing on key,enhancing supervision effects and improving their own quality and so on five aspects,for every region basic discipline inspection organs to provide the reference when working,thus more effectively solve the problem,people’s satisfaction and happiness will be improved.
