Study On Constructing A Clean And Honest Party Of Grassroots Under Strengthening Party Discipline

Since the founding of new China,party building in rural areas has been innovating and developing,which has made great achievements.But,as the change of the national conditions,construction of rural grassroots party appeares a lot of problems,these problems directly damage the vital interests of farmers,cause tension and masses,impact on rural areas and even the whole country's reform,development and stability.Therefore,it is necessary to improve and strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots party style and clean government,so as to adapt to the rural economic and social development.On the new situation,we should summarize the past experiences,emphatically analyze the existing prominent problems,and find the causes of the problem,and put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.To promote the rural grassroots party to gradually institutionalize and standardize,and maintain rural grassroots cadres a clean working style and promote rural scientific development.At present,the problems existing in the grassroots party organizations and village cadres include the following aspects: short of aim consciousness,rough work style of the village cadres,corruption and completition with the people.The causes of these problems are mainly due to the influence of traditional negative ideological factors,the implementation of democratic centralism is not in place,the joint venture management has not been effectively implemented,and the supervision of village cadres is not enough.In view of the current problems and causes of the grassroots party organization,the following measures should be perfected and improved through strengthening the rural grassroots culture of clean government,further deepening the work of village affairs,further standardizing the joint venture management and strengthening on corruption supervision and punishment.
