Research On The Evaluation Of The Development Of Cangzhou Municipal Public Utilities Based On AHP-TOPSIS

In modern cities,urban municipal public utilities play a basic role.Urban municipal public utilities are directly related to all aspects of the urban production and life.The development level of municipal public utilities not only affects the realization of social public interests,but also reflects the state of urban basic public services.Relying on the historical opportunities provided by the coordinated development strategy of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the coastal open strategy,Cangzhou is striving to promote the high-quality development of the city.In the past few years,Cangzhou City has gradually increased the investment in municipal public utilities,and Cangzhou City is constantly committed to improving the supply capacity of municipal public utilities.Therefore,the evaluation of the development level of Cangzhou municipal public utilities has gradually become the focus of attention.This thesis carried on literature investigation and research around the theme of the development of municipal public utilities.On this basis,from the six aspects of urban road and traffic,urban water supply and drainage,urban gas and heating,urban gardening and greening,urban appearance and environmental sanitation,the evaluation indexes were preliminarily selected theoretically.And the evaluation indexes were chosen by a variety of empirical analysis methods,so as to establish the final evaluation indexes system.Then AHP method was used to determine the importance of each index.Finally,based on TOPSIS,this thesis evaluated the development of municipal public utilities in Cangzhou city,so as to find out the problems and deficiencies in the development of municipal public utilities in Cangzhou,and put forward suggestions to improve the development of municipal public utilities in Cangzhou.
