A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Management Of Voluntary Service In The New Era Of Duolun County

In July 2018,the Central Committee’s Deep Reform Commission considered and adopted the "Guidance on the Pilot Work of Building New Age Civilization Practice Centres",which clearly proposed the construction of new age civilization practice centres for the first time.The main force of the New Age Civiliz ation Practice Center(Institute and Station)is volunteers,and the main mode of activity is volunteer service.Therefore,how to manage the New Age Civilization Practice volunteer service is the top priority of the construction of the New Age Civilization Practice Center,and the key to the smooth and effective operation of the New Age Civilization Practice Center The management of volunteer services in the new era of civilization practice,as a new major topic,has a lot of room for exploration in theory and practice.In this thesis,the research object is located in the management of the new era.civilization practice volunteer service in Duolun County,based on the results of relevant literature at home and abroad,through field research method literature analysis method and other research methods,from the new era civilization practice volunteer service management mechanism,operation mechanism:promotion measures,management effectiveness in Duolun County,the current situation of the new era civilization practice volunteer service management in Duolun County is systematically sorted out in four aspects,combined with the difficulties encountered in daily In the light of the difficulties encountered in the daily work,we analyzed four problems in the management of the new era civilization practice volunteer service in Duolun County,namely,insufficient organizational guarantee,single channel to connect the two sides of supply and demand,lack of effective incentive methods,and insufficient professional guidance and training,and accordingly found four causes for the problems,namely,ideological awareness to be improved,weak awareness of guiding multiple forces to participate,imperfect publicity,education and incentive mechanisms,and shortage of professional talents and professional training resources.The four causes of the problem were identified and specific counterm easures were proposed to raise the level of ideological awareness,introduce diversified social forces,improve the guidance and incentive mechanism,and establish the training and guidance mechanism,so as to promote the continuous improvement of the management level and quality of volunteer services in the new era of civilization practice in Duolun County.
