As the national management system and management ability of modernization,the volunteer activities in the social subject to participate in social governance,and promote social management modernization level,the role of more and more obvious,especially professional volunteers in some areas of social governance,to make up for a lack of government professional resources,but also played an important role.Despite the development of modern volunteerism in China for more than 40 years,there are widespread problems such as lack of professionalism and sustained volunteerism is not good.Therefore,it is of great significance to further promote the development of volunteerism in China to carry out research on the sustained volunteerism of professional volunteers.Based on the Drive Theory and the comprehensive model of volunteerism,this study takes the typical professional volunteer organization in the Pearl River Delta region as a case,explore the influencing factors of the sustained volunteerism of professional volunteers from the aspects of personal characteristics and organizational characteristics.Firstly,conducted a questionnaire survey among 254 professional volunteers,and SPSS was used for data analysis to find out the influencing factors of professional volunteers’ sustained volunteerism after eliminating the interference of personal background.Then,through targeted interview research and analysis,clarify the current situation of professional volunteers’ sustained volunteerism,and find factors affecting the professional volunteers’ sustained volunteerism.Finally,according to the analysis results,come up with "Through the cultivation of ‘Identity’meanwhile establish a scientific assessment mechanism" and other three countermeasures,it provides some research ideas and theoretical reference for promoting the professional transformation of volunteer organizations in China and improving the sustained volunteerism of professional volunteers.
