Study On The Solution To The Problems Of Municipal And County Disciplinary Inspection Of The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regin

The municipal and county inspection system is an extension of the central and provincial inspection system in cities and counties,and is an important part of the construction of inspection and inspection of the up and down linkage supervision pattern.Since the 18 th Party Congress,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,has taken the inspection and inspection system as an important means of strengthening Party supervision and incorporated it into the overall strategic plan of strict governance of the Party.Compared with patrol inspection,patrol inspection started late,and there is still a big gap between work quality and effectiveness.This paper selects the inspection work of the municipal and county Party committees in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for research.Starting from the relevant theoretical concepts of inspection and inspection,this paper comprehensively uses the literature research method,case analysis method,field research method,questionnaire survey method,etc.,from the orientation of inspection work,the construction of inspection system,the implementation of inspection responsibilities,the effectiveness of inspection work The team building of the inspection organization systematically and comprehensively combed the current situation of the inspection work of the municipal and county party committees in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,summarized and extracted the existing problems in the current work: the main responsibility of performing the inspection work is not in place,the implementation of political inspection is not accurate enough,the quality of inspection and supervision is not high enough,the inspection rectification and application of results are not enough,the development of inspection work is not balanced The inspection reward and punishment mechanism is not perfect and other six aspects are also studied and proposed to further strengthen and improve the inspection work from five aspects,namely,strengthening leadership and guidance,compacting responsibility,strengthening education and training,innovating inspection methods,improving inspection rectification and results application mechanism,and consolidating the inspection work foundation.This paper examines the current situation of the inspection work of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region’s municipal and county party committees,and investigates how to improve the quality and effectiveness of the inspection work of the municipal and county party committees,with the aim of providing useful references for the high-quality inspection work of the municipal and county party committees,suggesting suggestions for further improving the inspection work of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region’s municipal and county party committees.
